JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fintech company based in New York City seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Social Media & Newsletter Virtual Assistant. This is a critical front-facing marketing role requiring strong communication, coordination, and content creation skills. You must be available to work during U.S. business hours (EST). Only applicants with proven experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write, proofread, and distribute email newsletters
- Manage social media content in alignment with go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with product launches and key milestones
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery and scheduling of assets
- Handle basic administrative marketing tasks (e.g., setting up Luma events)

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content writing and proofreading
- Hands-on experience with newsletter creation and distribution
- Solid background in managing social media platforms for businesses
- Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution
- Comfortable managing marketing admin tasks and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to stay aligned with team goals
