Web designer

We are looking for a web designer that can build a website like a binary options one, as the site is going to be similar.

Its one front page, then with a members area to log into. Once they are in there they will have access to a live platform that will be controlled from one account. A certain part of the site will be tailored to the clients own account.

I am using binary as an example as that it needs to be able to have one account that has a live feed that is updated daily and that feed go straight to around 200 accounts.
