Responsibilities

• Create high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Use tools like CapCut, InShot, or AI platforms (RunwayML, Pika, D-ID, etc.) to create scroll-stopping visuals
• Bring energy and originality—this is not a copy-paste job
• Suggest trends, campaigns, or influencer ideas proactively
• Use light paid ads (optional) if you’re confident in targeting and execution
• Focus on conversion: We don’t just want likes. We want impact

Compensation Structure

First 30 Days (Trial Phase)

We are a purpose-driven startup with limited budget—but unlimited ambition.
We can’t afford to fund roles that don’t drive results yet, but we do reward those who rise.

• You will receive 30% of all webshop revenue generated through your content during this period
• If the results aren’t where we need them to be, we’ll evaluate the data together—discuss it openly—and either move forward with adjustments or part ways respectfully

This is not about exploitation. It’s about survival and shared growth. We are investing our time and tools into you—and in return, we ask for drive, clarity, and courage.

After Trial (Proven Performance)

• If your content generates $1,000 or more in revenue in 30 days ?
?? You’ll be officially onboarded at $700/month
• After 60 days, if the webshop’s performance meets internal goals, your base may be upgraded to $1,000/month

There are no commissions—just reliable, stable pay if you prove your ability to drive success.
