Instagram VA (Reel Creator/Video Editor)

We’re hiring a creative and results-driven Reel Creator/Editor to help grow Instagram pages for our AI-generated model brand. This is a long-term remote position for someone with strong experience in AI content tools and short-form video marketing.

You’ll be responsible for turning provided images into engaging ofm-style reels, editing, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and growth using Instagram-native tools and trends.

What You’ll Do:

????Creating 2–3 reels daily per page using image-to-video AI tools (images provided)

????Editing all reels for platform optimization (hooks, captions, pacing)

???? Engaging with similar pages and niche audiences to increase reach

???? Monitor engagement and reply to comments/messages

???? Repurpose winning content to use across different social media accounts

???? Collaborate on strategy to grow traffic and conversion.

????Working across multiple IG pages (5–10 accounts total)


Requirements:

????Creative mindset with a strong understanding of managing adult/fan creator pages

????Understanding of how to avoid shadowban and follow IG rules.

????Proven experience editing Instagram reels.

????Strong understanding of algorithm, trends, and engagement techniques.

????Experience in image to video AI content creation.

????Strong organizational and time-management skills.

????Excellent English communication skills.
