Role: Executive Assistant to Founder (Remote)

About the Role
I run multiple companies across different industries, and I’m looking for a sharp, reliable Executive Assistant to help me stay organized, move faster, and keep the trains running.
This isn’t just scheduling meetings and booking flights — you’ll be my right hand across everything from inbox and calendar management to project tracking, ops, and handling whatever needs to get done across businesses.
I need someone who can think strategically, work autonomously, and bring order to chaos.
I'm looking for someone who can be my right hand for the long term. I prioritize creating an exceptional work environment and helping my team fulfill their professional and personal goals. I believe a happy, fulfilled team is the key to a successful company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own my calendar, finances, and inboxes across all businesses
- Coordinate meetings, prioritize requests, and block distractions
- Track projects, keep tabs on follow-ups, and make sure nothing slips
- Manage to-do lists and proactively surface what needs attention
- Coordinate with tea
- Manage and update CRM and keep track of client relations
- Help me document systems and build repeatable processes and SOP’s
- Jump into one-off tasks across companies, from sales ops to hiring logistics
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
- Have 3+ years experience supporting a founder/CEO, ideally across multiple ventures
- Are highly organized, detail-obsessed, and two steps ahead
- Write and communicate clearly — with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Are great at prioritizing and filtering noise
- Are comfortable with async, remote work and moving fast
- Love solving problems, even when it’s not “your job”
- Are tech-savvy — you’ve used tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, etc.
- Treat confidentiality and trust as non-negotiable
Bonus Points If You…
- Have experience managing execs with multiple companies, or in venture/startup land
- Have done light ops, hiring coordination, or project management
- Can build task management systems, SOP’s, operations
- Want to grow into an operations or Chief of Staff role
