Facebook Ads Upload & Ad-Spy VA – Split Shift (PH)

We need a doer who can post ads in Facebook Ads Manager and hunt for competitor ads each day. You will follow clear step-by-step guides (SOPs) and mark every task done. If you like repeat work, care about tiny details, and can handle split hours, read on.

Main Tasks
Upload new ads in Meta/Facebook Ads Manager and check names, links, pictures, and videos.

Save fresh competitor ads with Meta Ad Library / AdSpy and add them to our sheet.

Follow simple SOPs for jobs like adding a domain, blocking an IP list, or closing comments.

Log work in ClickUp and post quick notes in Slack.

Requirements

1 year+ using Facebook Ads Manager (create or edit ads, upload creatives).

Used any ad-spy tool (Meta Ad Library, AdSpy, Foreplay)

Good English writing—you will leave clear notes and reply to basic comments.

Fast internet (50 Mbps+), working laptop, and backup power.

Sharp eye for detail—small mistakes cost real money.

Able to work both shifts below, Monday–Friday.

Work Hours (Philippines time)
• 8 AM – 1 PM
• 11 PM – 2 AM
(You must cover BOTH blocks.)

Bonus Points (NOT required)
Know Airtable

Night-shift or split-shift experience.

Used ClickUp, RedTrack, or Convertri.

Can write or update simple SOPs.
