Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help support our sales and marketing efforts. Your primary task will be to call smoke shops and vape stores across all 50 U.S. states to identify whether they carry our products, then record your findings in our system.

This role is remote and will require working during U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, a great communicator, and eager to play a vital role in the growth of our company.


Key Responsibilities:
-Research and build your own call list of vape shops and smoke stores in the U.S. using online directories, Google Maps, social media, or other creative methods.

-Call stores daily to ask whether they carry any Jewel Distribution products (including GLXY 30, Raz, Oxbar, etc.).

-If the store does not carry our products, express disappointment and say you’ll try another shop.

-If the store does carry our products, thank them and end the call courteously.

-After each call log and report all call outcomes and data gathered from stores to help give our sales team ideas of who they should be contacting

-At the end of each day, prepare a brief report to submit to our director of sales and HR representative with a basic breakdown of how many stores you have called, how many carried our products, how many did not carry our products...etc

-Maintain the appearance of being a local customer to simulate organic demand

-Attend Bi-Weekly Meetings on Monday and Friday Mornings.

-Present concerns to team leader and management alike.

Qualifications:
Strong spoken English and confidence in phone communication is required.

Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred but not required).

Fast, reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Creativity in researching and building lead lists.

Attention to detail for accurate data entry.

Willingness to work U.S. hours , 8am Pacific Standard Time (PDT) - 5:30Pm Pacific Standard Time (PDT) Monday - Thursday and 8am Pacific Standard Time (PDT) - 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PDT) Friday
