IT DIRECTOR
The IT Director oversees the organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. They manage IT operations, infrastructure, and security, while leading a team of professionals to implement innovative solutions. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The IT Director also drives digital transformation initiatives and supports the organization's technological growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Oversight: Oversee IT operations, align systems with company strategy, assess tech needs, and drive efficiency through continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Lead up to 8 direct reports, ensure training, clear task delegation, regular 1:1s and tea
- Soft on People, Tough on Issues: Treat tea
- Be Prepared: Stay ahead of issues, understand resources, and plan proactively to lead effectively and resolve conflicts.
- Communication Focus: Communicate clearly up to leadership and down to teams, acting as a strong facilitator and delegation expert.
- Delegate to Elevate: Delegate tasks strategically, follow up on execution, and hold tea
- Project Management Focus: Keep Asana boards clean and under 50 active tasks while maintaining tight oversight of project flow.
- Attention to Detail: QA all outputs with your team to ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and implementation-ready.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8–10+ years of IT management experience with deep expertise in infrastructure, systems, and security
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring IT teams
- Strong background in strategic planning and project management
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise software
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
- Excellent communication skills, including with non-technical and executive stakeholders
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and budgeting capabilities
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, CISSP)
- Solid understanding of how tech aligns with and supports business processes

IT TEAM LEAD
The IT Team Leader is in charge of leading the team. Must set clear team goals and target them withholding MAG Core values and ensuring maximum efficiency within the department. It is a strategic position that plays a pivotal role in the data integrity of key My Amazon Guy functions. The position is also responsible for assisting the IT Director and IT Department, maintaining and enhancing dashboards, data models, and data pipelines. Possess advanced analytical and decision-making skills. The role requires someone who is passionate about data quality, data analytics, and automation in order to drive business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), G-Suite, computer security (Antivirus, Firewall, 2FA), and quick to learn new software and hardware.
- Experienced with company systems including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Slack, Time Doctor, WordPress, Zapier, and website management. Basic knowledge of API integration is a plus.
- Tech-savvy in marketing communications, able to apply the latest technology to meet company needs.
- Collaborative team player with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Team Lead or similar IT role with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in IT procedures, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Google Sheets, computer security (2FA), data visualization, and quick to learn new systems.
- Skilled in website and CMS management (WordPress), marketing tools (JotForm, Mailchimp, Zapier), programming basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python), and familiar with API integration.
- Creative and technology-focused with solid understanding of marketing communications and ability to apply new technologies effectively.
- Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and a collaborative team player with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
