JOB OVERVIEW

The DSP Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the demand-side platform to enhance digital advertising performance. This role involves strategic planning, campaign management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive effective advertising solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop SOPs and lead a team to ensure smooth operations and achieve goals.
- Purchase ad inventory via DSPs to optimize performance and reach target audiences.
- Oversee daily DSP operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across channels.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost performance and ROI.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns in real-time as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics to generate insights and guide future strategies.
- Track audience behavior and conversion rates using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams to align campaign goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and ad tech vendors.
- Manage and forecast campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Stay informed on trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve campaign outcomes.
- Present campaign performance reports and insights using data visualization tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or a related role, with a focus on DSP management.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising technologies, programmatic buying, and media buying strategies
- Knowledge of Amazon DSP Campaign creation and should have Amazon DSP Certification
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with major DSPs (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk) and digital marketing platforms.
