If you’ve worked cold calling in real estate or high-ticket sales, you already know the grind — bad leads, recycled scripts, weak commissions, and zero upside. That ends now.

We’re recruiting a small strike team of cold-callers who can hunt, convert, and earn. You will be targeting the booming coaching and consulting market — and you’ll bring your own leads. Fast.

What You Get:

$20 per qualified appointment
$100 per closed deal
Hourly base pay

Proven high-converting scripts — tested and tailored for coaching, not generic trash
Full CRM + Auto-Dialer access — no admin time-wasting
Direct 1-on-1 onboarding, call reviews & performance tracking
Tight feedback loop — sharpen fast, level up or get left behind

What You Do:

Work 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (Australian time zone)
Make 150–300 dials/day through our system
Generate your own lead lists using our scraper (100 leads = 10 min)
Book high-quality appointments — show up or it doesn’t count
Handle objections, build rapport, and move fast

What We Expect From You:

Proven cold calling experience — real estate, high-ticket, or similar verticals
Fluent English with sharp tonality, clear structure, and control
Mental toughness — rejection is part of the process, not a problem
A performance mindset — you measure success in output, not effort
Hunger — you want money, growth, and mastery, not just a job
