Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach VA (Automation + AI Tools)

Job Overview:

We’re Flip & Find — a recruitment agency helping founders scale faster with remote teams.
We’re now hiring a smart, detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to run cold email and LinkedIn campaigns for us and our clients.

This role is for someone who has real experience doing outbound lead generation and using automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or N8N.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and launch cold email campaigns (copy + tech)
Run and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences
Set up automations with Lemlist, Instantly, N8N, Clay, or similar tools
Use AI tools (like Chat GPT) to help generate smart copy or leads
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
Work with a small, remote team — async and organized

Requirements:

Solid experience in cold email & LinkedIn outreach
Fluent English writing and grammar
Familiar with Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, or N8N
Can write subject lines, intro lines, and follow-up messages
Highly organized and reliable
Bonus: Experience working with international clients

Work Details:

Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week preferred)
Remote, async — we work mostly in GMT+5
Salary: $700–$1,000/month (depending on experience)
Long-term role with bonuses for performance
