We’re a U.S.-based real estate media company with a great team mostly based in the Philippines. We specialize in high-quality real estate media and we’re on the hunt for an experienced and creative Video Editor to join our growing family!

What’s the job?

We need someone with serious video editing chops, a great eye for detail, and a passion for crafting real estate videos that don’t feel like every other boring listing reel. We want energy, style, flow — and someone who just gets it when it comes to syncing clips to music, color grading beautifully, and giving each video its own vibe.

????? Most Videos Require:
• 30-second vertical videos for social media
• 60-second horizontal highlight reels
• Occasionally voice-over videos with light audio mixing needs

? Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience editing real estate videos (ideally 2+ years)
• Solid color grading skills to make homes look their best
• Strong sense of music and pacing – you should know how to feel the edit
• Tasteful with transitions, speed ramps, and visual style
• Familiar with branding, typography, name slates, and watermarks
• Familiarity with the flow of American homes, room types, and market trends
• Confident, fluent English communication skills
• Super reliable with strong internet and attention to deadlines
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI tools, upscaling, or RunwayML is awesome

• Slack, time-tracking tools, email, Dropbox
• Taking creative direction and collaborating with both PH and U.S.-based tea ---------- mbers
