Your Mission:
As our AI Strategist, you’ll take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying AI systems to streamline workflows, boost funding outcomes, and drive automation across every department.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho CRM AI Integration
- Design and implement AI automations within Zoho CRM
- Train AI to interpret, update, and act on CRM data
- Create custom AI for the company to be used as a tool for the team

AI-Driven Funding Workflows
- Build AI-powered tools to:
- Pre-qualify leads
- Auto-calculate pre-approval amounts
- Generate custom optimization plans
- Communicate next steps to team automatically
- Create card application strategies by credit profile
- Troubleshoot rejections and update strategies based on data

AI Messaging & Workflow Coordination
- Automate internal communications:
- Notify tea ---------- ssage for inquiry sweeps
- Send plans to coaches
- Generate Funding Gameplans

Underwriting Intelligence
- Create a continuous feedback loop from results to AI for improved underwriting
- Replace outdated personal loan aggregators with smarter AI tools

Training & Support
- Develop a scalable AI training database for new and existing tea ---------- mbers
- Provide real-time AI assistance for Judd & Ryan
- Design knowledge systems for future funding team development

Operational Excellence (phase 2)
- Analyze ZIM KPIs
- Propose and execute AI-powered strategies to:
- Increase funding speed
- Stay ahead of industry shifts
- Elevate customer support (Phase 3)

Who You Are:
- Proven track record of AI strategy and deployment, especially in Zoho CRM
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture, automation, and AI data mapping
-Experience working with financial services or funding workflows is a huge plus
- Strong ability to think strategically and implement tactically
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Experience writing code and special functions

Nice to Have:
- Experience in GPT/LLM implementation
- Knowledge of credit systems, underwriting logic, or lending platforms
- Familiarity with training AI models or embedding custom datasets
- Comfortable creating user workflows and documentation for adoption
