POSITION TITLE:
Digital Marketing Project Manager

OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Project Manager to help streamline and accelerate client onboarding, manage project execution, and ensure team accountability at True Wellness Marketing. This individual will be the key operational bridge between internal tea ---------- mbers and our client-facing Account Managers, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, SOPs are followed, and internal processes are continuously improved.

At True Wellness Marketing, we partner with functional medicine and concierge medicine clinics across the U.S. to help them grow their practices with smart, holistic digital marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Planning & Execution:
Oversee and manage all active client projects from onboarding through completion.

Ensure timely execution of deliverables across departments (copy, design, development, SEO, automation).

Set up and maintain detailed project timelines inside ClickUp.

2. Client Onboarding Support:
Coordinate with Account Managers during kickoff to gather all necessary information and expectations.

Track onboarding progress against task lists and escalate blockers.

Ensure account managers are informed of accurate updates for client communications.

3. Team Coordination:
Assign tasks and follow-ups to tea ---------- mbers across departments.

Facilitate regular project check-ins and ClickUp updates.

Ensure team compliance with SOPs, and implement real-time adjustments to workflows as needed.

4. SOP Oversight & Optimization:
Ensure all SOPs are being followed accurately.

Collaborate with leadership and team leads to document and revise SOPs as processes evolve.

5. Process Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks and suggest/implement changes to improve delivery speed and quality.

Ensure we meet internal benchmarks for project timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.

6. Reporting & Communication:
Provide weekly project status updates to the leadership team.

Maintain a clean record of KPIs and project status in ClickUp.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a digital marketing agency setting.

Strong command of ClickUp or comparable PM tools.

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.

Clear, professional English communication (written and verbal).

High level of initiative; able to solve problems and lead teams to action.

Familiarity with digital marketing workflows (web design, SEO, content, automation).

Bonus: Prior experience working in or managing Filipino teams.

Starting at $1,000/month (USD)
