JOB OVERVIEW

All work is done remotely from your home
Tasks include:
-Answer customer emails
-Data Entry
-Problem-solving

Requirements

- Customer Support/Sales experience
- Must be ok working for an adult company
- Good writing skills in English to respond to customer emails
- Able to work 1 day on weekends

What's expected:
1. You will be available to answer customer customer emails, and have a work environment without distractions so you can be productive.
2. Since our Support team works from home, you need to be reliable and provide results.
3. Shift hours can be somewhat flexible, but we are looking to fill a day shift
4. Work well in a team environment

Ideal candidate:
- Customer Support experience
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated working from home and have a quiet environment to work without distractions
- Ability to stay highly motivated without supervision

Equipment needed:
-A reliable computer with Microsoft Office Excel and Word (2007 edition preferred)
