Job Opening: Hybrid Customer Service Agent (Graveyard Shift)

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Hybrid Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. This role combines inbound/outbound calls and email support with opportunities to earn commission through successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Use provided macros and templates for consistent communication
- Communicate clearly and neutrally, with a passable US accent
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide timely resolutions
- Assist elderly customers with patience and professionalism
- Contribute to sales and earn commission (details discussed upon onboarding)

What We’re Looking For:
- Ideal: Must have prior experience with Shopify
- Customer service background, ideally with US-based customers
- Experience assisting elderly customers is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Reliable, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection and a quiet setup for making calls
- Willing and able to work a graveyard shift (10AM–3PM PST / 1AM–6AM PH time)
