Product Listing Specialist (Shopify)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Product Listing Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll play a key role in turning researched product links into complete, ready-to-sell Shopify listings — fast and accurately.


What You’ll Do:
* Create high-converting product pages in Shopify
* Use ChatGPT for crafting titles and optimizing descriptions
* Translate content to Norwegian using DeepL (or ChatGPT)
* Set collections, pricing, and product settings
* Add size charts and bundle offers when applicable
* Activate products and update product status in our shared Google Sheet
* Communicate with the team via Slack and flag completed tasks

You will be paid €0.50 per fully completed product page, including any size chart and bundle setup when applicable. Payments are based on output.

What You’ll Work With:
* Shopify – your main workspace
* DeepL & ChatGPT – for translation and content assistance
* Google Sheets – to track product status and your daily progress
* Slack – for fast, clear communication with the team
* Notion – your central dashboard with clear step-by-step SOPs

* Fast and consistent availability – including weekends
* A proactive mindset — once product links are provided, you get to work immediately
