TikTok Coodinator + Creator

About The Role:
We’re looking for a TikTok Coordinator to support our short-form team at What The Dance. The coordinator will assist in everything from ideation to execution, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Responsibilities:
• Research weekly trending topics and create trend analysis documents.
• Use trend data to assist in the ideation and pitching of viral short-form video concepts.
• Assist in all aspects of production, including securing people, props, locations, travel accommodations, branding, and logistics.
• Manage the calendar and handle email communication with creators and brands.
• Support the day-to-day tasks of the team.
• Lead on community building / fan engagement strategy for all relevant platforms - fan accounts, UGC campaigns, ---------- activations, streaming/watch parties
• Create and execute industry-leading digital marketing campaigns across a wide roster of dance parties, working closely with the team and talent to deliver creative and impactful social media strategies, audience growth initiatives, and fan engagement campaigns that meet project goals and objectives

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of internet culture and ability to research data trends.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks and take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Passion for YouTube and creating top-tier content.
