N8n automation expert – Internal Tool Builder for Growing E-commerce Brands

We run a portfolio of fast-scaling online brands and are looking for a smart, reliable developer to build internal tools that help us track and optimize performance across the board — from profit and COGS to ad spend and retention.

This starts as a paid test project, with the opportunity for long-term work if there’s a strong fit.


What You’ll Work On

- Build fully functional internal tools (not just mockups) using Manus + n8n
- Automate and integrate data flows from tools like Google Sheets, Stripe, Shopify, Notion, etc.
- Design clean dashboards showing live metrics (revenue, profit, ad spend, LTV, retention)
- Collaborate async — share progress weekly with working links


What We’re Looking For

- Solid experience with Manus and/or n8n
- You've built dashboards, automations, or internal tools before
- You’re confident working with APIs and business data
- You can work independently and meet deadlines
- Bonus: experience with finance dashboards or tools
- Extra bonus: knowledge of Firebase, Supabase, Airtable, Zapier, Make
