Etsy Store Operator – Manage Listings, Orders & Customer Support (Remote – $250/month)

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be managing two Etsy shops.
Sometimes, we’ll give you a product list to post.
Other times, you’ll handle everything from finding the product, generating visuals with AI, writing the SEO-optimized listing, and tracking the orders.

You’ll use tools like:
Google Sheets
Canva
Photoroom
ChatGPT

You’ll get full training, SOPs, and support but we also want to learn from your experience. If you’ve already managed an Etsy store and have your own systems, we want to build better ones together.

Your Main Tasks
Research & find new product ideas based on Etsy trends

Create product visuals (AI + Canva + Photoroom)

Write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions in English

Publish listings with proper tags, categories & formatting

Process orders and track shipments

Reply to customer messages professionally

Maintain basic bookkeeping on Google Sheets

Help improve our internal systems and processes

What We Offer
Fully remote

Full-time: 7–8h/day

Fixed salary: $250/month (stable, long-term)

Full training + onboarding

+ 2 WEEKS PAID VACATION per year (after 3 months of work, must be scheduled in advance).

We’re looking for an experienced Etsy store manager who can research products, create SEO listings, design clean visuals, process orders, and handle customer messages, without needing to be handheld.
