Part-Time Graphic Designer & Web Developer (Remote | EST Hours)

Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for clean, modern design and functional websites that convert? Innerbloom Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Web Developer to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This is a remote role with flexible hours - perfect for a detail-obsessed creative who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

-Design polished, on-brand social media graphics and digital assets in Canva
-Build and update websites using WordPress (Elementor & Divi), ClickFunnels, GHL, etc.
-Create clean, conversion-focused web designs for landing pages, funnels, and brand sites
-Work with the team inside ClickUp for task tracking and collaboration
-Join Zoo ---------- etings for team check-ins, project briefings, or design reviews
-Contribute to the visual consistency of Innerbloom Solutions CRM and other branded materials

What We’re Looking For (REQUIRED):

-Expert-level design skills (This is non-negotiable - you know you’re great and have the portfolio to prove it)
-Proficient in WordPress (Elementor & Divi), Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
-Attention to detail
-A good eye for modern, clean, and upscale design aesthetics
-Ability to develop and execute responsive, functional websites
-Ability to be resourceful and take initiative
-Staying current with latest design trends
-Quick learner with ability to grasp onto new skills quickly
-Ability to bring visions to life with minimal direction
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team
-Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
-Bonus if you’re familiar with CRM platforms (especially GoHighLevel)

Pay:

-Hourly rate– to be discussed based on experience

Hours & Availability

-Part-time position - as needed (with opportunity for full-time growth)
-Remote work
-Flexible schedule within 9 AM - 6 PM EST window
-No set hours, but consistent availability during business hours required.
