Hey guys, my name is Jesse, and I’m the owner of Gridless, the fastest-growing air conditioning company in Australia.

We’re now expanding our digital marketing team and I’m looking for a digital marketing all rounder!

What I’m Looking For:
? Someone smart, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
? You don’t necessarily need deep SEO skills yet — but you should have basic WordPress/tech experience and be hungry to learn fast
? Experience and skills in funnel building and paid marketing
? You have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and want a long-term opportunity where you can grow with us
? Bonus if you’ve worked with websites, digital marketing, or content before
? If you’re confident learning on the job and taking ownership — you’ll go far here

This role is open to experienced marketing pros, junior marketers, or tech-savvy VAs who are ready to level up fast.

More than anything, I’m looking for someone I can trust, build with, and invest in long-term.
