Virtual Assistant – Social Media & eCommerce Support (Philippines-based)

Responsibilities
Manage and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest (via Canva or scheduling tools)
Assist with customer inquiries and reviews on marketplaces
Conduct competitor research and keyword updates for listings
Update product listings and pricing across Shopify, Amazon, or other marketplaces
Track sales, returns, and create simple performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets
Collaborate with our internal team for promotional campaigns and email content
Assist with admin tasks as needed (data entry, file organization, task follow-ups)
? Requirements
1+ year experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar
Hands-on experience creating and scheduling posts on social platforms
Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong written and verbal English communication
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
Stable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours
