AI Automation & Agent Swarm Developer

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based construction and renovation company seeking a highly skilled and self-driven AI Automation Specialist to help us build and manage a network of AI agents ("agent swarms") to automate key parts of our business operations.

You will work directly with our operations team to:

- Design, build, and manage multi-agent AI systems (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain agents)
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and other tools to power automations
- Integrate voice, text, call, and email processing via APIs and telephony services (e.g., Twilio, FreePBX, PATLive)
- Develop automated workflows for handling:
* Incoming/outgoing phone calls
* Text message triage and follow-up
* CRM/database interaction
* Scheduling, dispatch, and reporting tasks
- Build and maintain backend systems that support scalable AI task management

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong Python skills (must be able to build and debug AI workflows)
- Experience with one or more agent frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, etc.
- Familiarity with GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and other LLM platforms
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and webhook-based integrations
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fast learner and problem-solver

Preferred (but not required):

- Experience with FreePBX or Twilio call routing
- Familiarity with ---------- , Zapier, or similar automation platforms
- Background in customer service automation or virtual assistant development

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Flexibility in schedule; must attend 1–2 coordination meetings per week (U.S. Pacific Time)
