Commercial Real Estate - Analyst

Underwriting and analyzing commercial real estate properties using Excel templates that I will provide. You will also be using software tools such as CoStar and Titlepro to collect data to incorporate into your financial analysis. You need have excellent English and you will be working Pacific Standard Time (PST) as part of a Los Angeles CA USA based Commercial Real Estate team. Our company is CLS CRE. We provide commercial real estate loans. You will be assisting with these related tasks. We use Salesforce for our CRM to manage our deal flow. Commercial Real Estate related experience is highly desired.

Seeking a minimum of a 2 year contract. Ideally, seeking 5-10 year contract and will provide annual raises and other benefits.
