Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day branch operations within assigned areas
• Assist in marketing strategies to boost sales & profitability
• Ensure compliance with company standards, recipes, and policies
• Conduct regular branch inspections and performance monitoring
• Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of branch staff
• Coordinate administrative, logistics, finance, and reporting functions
• Monitor sales reports, inventories, and bank deposits
• Support branch expansions, renovations, and closures

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry
• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to change
• Results-driven and team-oriented
