???? About the Role:
I am seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help me stay organized and focused in my busy life. I am a full-time working mother based in Brisbane, Australia, running a home-based hair salon, managing rental rooms, and preparing for the ISPRL certification to become a registered instructor.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and fluent in Spanish and English.

???? Responsibilities:
Salon Support:

Coordinate client appointments via WhatsApp and Instagram.

Send friendly booking reminders and follow-ups.

Track regular client preferences and service history.

Design and schedule weekly promotional posts using Canva.

Study Support (ISPRL):

Organize study materials and files in Google Drive.

Create short weekly quizzes or flashcards for revision.

Send reminders for study sessions and track progress.

Home & Admin Tasks:

Manage payment reminders for room tenants.

Update and maintain a household finance sheet.

Research and schedule services for home maintenance (via Airtasker or similar).

Provide a weekly overview of priorities and deadlines.

Fluency in Spanish and English

Excellent communication and time management skills

Familiarity with:

Google Calendar

Google Sheets / Drive

Canva (basic design)

WhatsApp / Instagram

Reliable internet connection and good availability across Brisbane time zone (AEST)
