Responsibilities:

Leverage tools like LinkedIn, ---------- , SMS, email, and phone to source top candidates actively seeking work opportunities.
Identify and match well-qualified healthcare professionals with client job orders while maintaining regular contact.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and create targeted shortlists.
Build and maintain a comprehensive lead database, ensuring constant growth and opportunity tracking.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly performance goals.


Qualifications:

5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
Proven success in recruiting US-based candidates for US healthcare clients.
Experience recruiting for positions such as Respiratory Therapist, Sonographer, CT Technologist, and MRI Technologist is highly desirable.
A track record of high performance, self-motivation, and a competitive edge.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities, along with excellent relationship-building skills.


Minimum Experience:

5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (Required).
Expertise in recruiting US candidates for US clients.

Schedule:

US Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM MST.
