We’re hiring a Cold Caller to join our fast-growing real estate wholesaling team!
If you’re energetic, reliable, and love talking to people – this is your chance to grow with a driven and supportive company.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Making outbound calls to property owners
• Building rapport and identifying seller motivation
• Scheduling 2-4 appointments per day with motivated sellers

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken English with a confident and friendly tone
• Previous cold calling experience (real estate)
• Strong communication and listening skills

What we offer:
• Starting rate: $3-5/hour (with potential raises based on performance)
