Are you an organized, friendly, and proactive virtual assistant who enjoys hospitality and helping businesses grow?

I run a growing Airbnb business with beautiful properties in Florida and NJ, am looking for a skilled VA to manage daily guest communication, update listings, handle social media growth, and help with various operational admin tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, so professionalism and service excellence are critical. That can also expand in my social media presence and be hands on and a go getter. does not need much hand holding and can one day help take over most of the business as i build more of it . Have some understanding of budgeting , marketing , etc.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, trustworthy, and eager to grow with the company.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to guests on Airbnb and Vrbo

Schedule and manage cleaning/maintenance alerts

Update and optimize listings

Create engaging social media content (IG/TikTok/Facebook)

Perform budgeting and data entry tasks

Help organize daily operations

Must-Haves:

Fluent English

Strong written communication

Previous VA or property management experience

Able to think ahead, work independently, and solve problems

Basic design/social media tools knowledge (Canva, Instagram, etc.)

Preferred:

Experience with Smartbnb, Hospitable, or similar platforms

Compensation:

Competitive hourly or monthly rate based on experience
