ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Remote Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our growing real estate wholesale investing company.

This position is for someone who already understands real estate investing operations and can confidently manage multiple departments remotely.

You will oversee:

Cold Callers
Lead Managers
Acquisitions Support
Dispositions Support
CRM Management
KPI Reporting
Operational Workflow

This is a leadership position requiring strong communication, organization, management, and real estate investing experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily operations of the real estate investing business
Supervise and monitor virtual assistants and callers
Ensure leads are properly followed up and updated
Maintain CRM organization and reporting systems
Monitor KPIs and team productivity
Coordinate between acquisitions and dispositions
Help improve systems and operational efficiency
Conduct team accountability and quality control
Assist with onboarding and training new staff

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous real estate investing operations experience REQUIRED
Good and proficient English speaking voice
Experience managing virtual teams remotely
Understanding of wholesaling, acquisitions, dispositions, and lead management
CRM experience (REsimpli, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet and computer setup
Strong English communication skills
