Hi! I'm looking for a highly skilled and creative video editor based in the Philippines to join my team. You'll be working directly with me to create short-form TikTok style videos for my personal brand.

Your Main Responsibilities:
-Receive batch raw footage fro ---------- and edit it into 30-45 second style videos
-Use CapCut (mobile or desktop) for video editing
-Produce 4 edited videos per day, using provided content (no filming required)
-Continuously improve video style based on performance data and trends

Requirements:
-Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
-Ability to match existing video styles and stay consistent with edits
-Excellent English and communication skills
-Reliable internet connection
-Can work quickly and meet daily output targets
