Remote Transfer Agent — Performance-Based Income (Full-Time | Work From Home)

About Us:
We are a Canadian recruiting agency hiring remote Filipino call center agents (Transfer Agents) to support a rapidly growing North American call centre. This is a fully remote, full-time, long-term position for motivated agents who want stability, growth, and performance-based income.

Position Overview:
Your role is simple, fully trainable, and does not involve cold calling or selling. You will speak to customers already on the line and ask a short list of pre-qualifying questions to determine if they meet eligibility to be transferred to the appropriate department.

Compensation Structure:
Starting hourly pay rate: $3.25 CAD per hour (paid bi-weekly).
Performance-based growth: Hourly pay can increase to ranges of $4.00-$5.00-$6.00 and ultimately $8.00 CAD/hour based on your live performance and consistency.
Commission bonuses can also be granted for top performers who meet performance and attendance requirements.

Top performing agents who consistently work full-time hours and maintain strong performance can realistically earn between $1,300 and $1,600 CAD per month depending on their performance level and hours worked.

Work Schedule:
Full-time only (No part-time available)
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Philippines graveyard shift)
You must be available to work this full schedule with no conflicts.

Main Responsibilities:

Speak with warm leads (customers already on the line)

Follow the pre-qualifying question script

Transfer eligible customers to the appropriate department

Maintain professionalism, focus, and consistency on every call


Technical Requirements:

Desktop PC or Laptop with at least:
- Quad-Core i5 processor (or better)
- 8GB RAM (or higher)

High-speed internet:
- Minimum 30 Mbps upload speed
- LAN cable connection required (Wi-Fi not allowed)

USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (No 3.5mm jack headsets)

No Chromebooks or MacBooks


Qualifications:

Fluent spoken and written English with a confident, clear voice

Ability to follow scripts and remain professional on calls

Quiet home work environment free of distractions

Call center or BPO experience preferred but not required

Reliable, coachable, disciplined, and ready to learn

Ready to start training immediately
