Company Overview:
I am looking to grow my real estate investment company that is focused on wholesaling residential properties. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and results-driven cold caller(s) to join our my team and help me identify potential leads and set appointments for me so I can focus on warm leads.
Job Description:
As a Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to property owners and determine their interest in selling their property. You will be using a script and CRM (gohighlevel) to qualify leads and pass them to the me.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 300–500+ outbound calls per day to property owners using a dialer (wave dialer)
Follow a proven script to qualify motivated seller leads
Qualifying leads by determining if the seller is motivated to sell and why
Enter and update lead information in the CRM system accurately
Set follow-up appointments for me
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate wholesaling preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic understanding of real estate investing or a willingness to learn
Tech-savvy; experience using CRMs and dialers
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Compensation:
670/per month for first 90 days then 720/per mo
Opportunity for growth within the company
Incentives:
250$ per closed deal
Schedule:
4 Days a week 6 hours per day Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm CST 3am-9am Philippines
