Virtual Assistant – Reels & Social Content (Part-Time)
Remote | 5–10 hours/week

The Birdie Agency is hiring a Reels-focused VA to help us show up consistently and strategically on Instagram.

We’re a boutique PR and marketing agency working with some of the most exciting brands in lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and parenting. We’re great at promoting others—but we need help making sure we’re also showing up ourselves.

What we need:
???? Someone who can create 3+ Reels per week for our agency Instagram
– Themes include:
?• What We’re Working On This Week
?• PR + Marketing Tips & Insights
?• Client Win of the Week
?• Occasional behind-the-scenes or personal-style content
???? Awareness of trending audio and what’s working in the algorithm (but not obsessed with going viral)
???? Comfortable editing in Reels, CapCut, Canva, or similar
????Can take light direction and run with it—this person just needs to show up consistently

What we’re not looking for:
– Someone who needs handholding or waits for perfect footage
– Someone focused only on aesthetics but not storytelling
– Someone who disappears mid-week

Bonus if you:
– Understand or are curious about the PR/marketing space
– Can pull ideas from Slack or Notion and turn them into Reels without overcomplicating it
– Want to grow with us (there’s more work coming if this goes well)
