Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, with Potential for Full-Time)

Are you a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized virtual assistant with Shopify experience and a passion for digital marketing? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing VA to join our friendly, fast-paced team.

We’re a U.S.-based ecommerce company selling high-quality coastal home décor and gifts through Shopify. Our brand has been featured on CBS and has thousands of 5-star reviews. Now, we're looking for a right-hand VA who can help us grow even more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Product Setup in Shopify
— Upload new products, set variants, and organize collections
— Write polished, engaging product descriptions with excellent English

Copywriting & Content Entry
— Write and format product descriptions, blog copy, and email content

Reporting & Admin Support
— Use Google Sheets to manage inventory reports and marketing analytics
— Assist with report generation and trend tracking

Customer Service Backup
— Provide friendly, professional responses via email or chat when needed

Team Communication
— Attend occasional Zoo ---------- etings with U.S. staff (during work hours)
— Be responsive, communicative, and proactive

Work Schedule:

Part-time: 3 days/week from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time

Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with excellent performance

You Must Have:
At least 2 years of experience with Shopify
Excellent English writing skills – spelling, grammar, and flow
Strong Google Sheets proficiency – formulas, filters, reporting
Great attention to detail – especially with product listings
A professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
A quiet work environment and reliable internet
Willingness to attend Zoom calls with our U.S. team

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience using Canva, Klaviyo, or Shopify apps
Experience working with U.S. ecommerce brands
Copywriting or blogging experience
