We’re looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant who is creative, proactive, highly organized, and extremely coachable — someone who learns quickly, thrives on feedback, and is eager to grow.
This person should know how to manage digital tools, and be able to support our leadership team with high-impact outreach and operations. This role combines content creation, CRM support, executive assistance, and strategic social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
• Create and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Respond to comments, engage with followers, and drive organic growth.
• Conduct outreach and network-building on LinkedIn.
Content Creation:
• Edit raw video and image content for professional use.
• Use editing tools to create polished, platform-appropriate media.
Executive Support:
• Manage the inbox and communications of the director.
• Organize meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking.
CRM & KPIs:
• Maintain and update CRM systems.
• Track outreach and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports on KPIs and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an advanced level of fluency.
• Proven background in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media strategy, content creation, and engagement.
• Strong skills in video and image editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• A “setter ninja” mindset — creative, persistent, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Must be available full-time during 8 AM – 5 PM Mountain Time.
