Virtual Assistant/Marketing Manager

About the Business:
I'm a certified health coach and allergy-friendly chef serving clients who are navigating food sensitivities, autoimmune challenges, and healing journeys. My business is queer-affirming, rooted in holistic health, and deeply values authenticity, inclusivity, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing & Management

Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Repurpose content into reels, stories, and newsletters

Engage with followers and manage DMs/comments

Help track metrics and audience insights

Marketing & Sales Support

Help set up email campaigns (Square)

Draft simple marketing materials and landing pages

Assist with launching promotions, challenges, and events

Tech & Website Support

Update and maintain website (Square)

Troubleshoot simple tech issues

Help set up systems for programs, scheduling, and client communication

Admin & Customer Support

Answer customer inquiries via email and social media

Track orders, manage client records, and assist with bookings

Provide virtual support during events, challenges, or live classes

Data Entry, Accounting, and Organization

Input sales and financial data into spreadsheets

Track expenses and income

Organize documents in Google Drive or Dropbox

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

Strong English communication (written & spoken)

Tech-confident and a fast learner (familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Square website, or similar tools a big plus)

Marketing, Sales, and social media management experience

Values-aligned: open-minded, queer-affirming, and body-positive

Bonus: interest in health, nutrition, wellness, or coaching

Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy

Available for regular check-ins in Pacific Time (PST)

Compensation & Hours:

Competitive pay based on experience and skillset

Flexible hours (starting at 10 hours/week with potential to grow)

Long-term role with potential for bonuses, raises, and more leadership over time
