An elite audio/video editor who:

Can take raw podcast recordings and edit them into a tight, clean, punchy final product (audio and video)

Can add captions, titles, and light motion graphics that fit a sharp, modern B2B aesthetic

Is reliable, proactive, organized, and communicates clearly

???? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Editing 1–2 episodes per week (~45 min each), including intro/outro, clean transitions, and mastering audio

Pulling 3–5 powerful clips per episode with clear intent: viral, thought leader, case study, CTA

Creating reels/shorts with on-brand captions, titles, and music

Helping improve our editing system and process for scalability

? REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English with strong attention to detail

Portfolio of podcast/video editing work (especially short-form content)

Fast turnaround time (3–4 days max per episode)

Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

CapCut or Reels editing experience is a plus

- What’s your podcast editing superpower?

- Walk us through a short-form clip you edited that you’re most proud of. Why did it work?

- How do you structure your workflow from raw file ? full episode + short clips?

- What tools do you use for editing, captions, and motion graphics?

- What’s your current availability and ideal monthly retainer?

Then send us:

The Loom video link

Your portfolio (Google Drive, YouTube, etc.)
