JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced GoHighLevel Expert to join our team. This role involves leveraging the power of GoHighLevel’s robust platform to create and manage newsletters, email campaigns, snapshots, automations, and sub-account configurations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GoHighLevel’s tools, a keen eye for marketing automation strategies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Email
Marketing & Newsletters:

Manage engaging email newsletters and drip campaigns within GoHighLevel.

Develop high-conversion email sequences for various customer journeys.

Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to optimize open rates and CTRs.

Automation Setup & Management:

Build complex automations using workflows, triggers, and campaigns to nurture leads and convert customers.

Maintain and troubleshoot automations to ensure seamless operation.

Snapshot Development & Customization:

Create, import, and configure GoHighLevel snapshots for rapid deployment across accounts.

Customize snapshots for client-specific needs, including templates for emails, forms, surveys, pipelines, and workflows.

Sub-Account Setup & Management:

Assist in setting up and configuring new client sub-accounts within GoHighLevel.

Ensure each sub-account has tailored settings, pipelines, automations, and integrations.

Provide ongoing support for sub-account issues and improvements.

Integration & API Work:

Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools and CRMs as needed.

Manage API connections and troubleshoot integration issues.

Qualifications
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel as an admin or power user.

Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel’s core features including automations, campaigns, triggers, email builders, workflows, and sub-accounts.

Solid understanding of email marketing best practices (segmentation, personalization, deliverability).

Experience creating and managing snapshots.

Ability to design and optimize customer journeys and marketing funnels.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

(Optional but valuable) Familiarity with integrations using webhooks, APIs, or third-party tools like Zapier.

Preferred Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to analyze and interpret data from campaigns to make performance recommendations.

Familiarity with marketing strategies for B2B or SaaS (preferred).

Working Hours & Location
Remote position - Maximum 40 hours a week

Occasional meetings/collaborations with the team based on project timelines.
