Griffin Cloud is a marketing and software development company specializing in ERP, CRM, and social media solutions. We Provide software, services and support to our 5 internal brands and externally to our customers as well.?We provide SAAS platforms as well as the staff to do customizations and resources to use the platforms if necessary.

We have been hiring and working with VA's for a few years and have 16+ on staff. Please reply with your best offer, candidates will be disqualified if not within our budget and skill requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to lead and support the strategic execution of SEO initiatives across our portfolio of internal brands. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search visibility, and enhance keyword performance across multiple Griffin Cloud-owned websites. Experience with the Search Atlas platform is required.

This is a project-based role focused on improving visibility, traffic, and keyword performance across multiple websites owned by Griffin Cloud.

Project hours will be quoted during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to each brand’s goals, focusing on growth in rankings, traffic, and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content audits to inform site optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into new and existing content.
- Utilize the Search Atlas platform to manage and monitor keyword performance, backlink profiles, and on-page SEO factors.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party platforms.
- Stay current with search engine trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO techniques.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for better crawlability and indexing.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with developers and IT teams.
- Assist in the creation of high-quality, keyword-rich website content including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Communicate SEO strategy and results clearly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Required experience with the Search Atlas platform and its features.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Advanced keyword research and targeting strategies.
- Experience with content optimization and SEO copywriting.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the context of SEO.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for reporting to stakeholders.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Exposure to performance marketing, conversion optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping pace with the evolving SEO landscape.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
