Automation Systems Builder for Coaching & Ecom Brand (Zapier, Make, Notion, Shopify, Klaviyo)

What You’ll Be Building:

1. Coaching Automation System
• Dashboard to track clients, payment status, check-ins, renewals (Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion)
• Zapier or Make automations to send missed check-in reminders
• Payment error alerts + auto-tagging in CRM
• Win-back message triggers (email/SMS) for expiring clients

2. Shopify + Klaviyo Automations
• Post-purchase email & SMS flows
• Abandoned cart recovery
• Segment/tag customers by order history
• Link with Google Sheets or CRM to track drop behavior and LTV

3. Content & Trend Tracker
• Weekly trending audio bot (Instagram + TikTok) ? push to Notion or Sheets
• Content calendar tracker: posted/scheduled/missing
• Scripts or tags by niche (mental health, fitness, apparel)

4. Internal Tools
• Notion dashboard improvements (tasks, tracking, SOPs)
• Integrate Google Forms with CRM
• QA existing automations and optimize when needed

Who You Are:
• 3+ years experience building automations
• Strong in systems thinking, logic mapping, and data flows
• Can understand goals and build without needing step-by-step instructions
• Obsessed with making things efficient and removing manual steps
• Fluent in English and confident writing short SOPs or Loom walkthroughs
