Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy WooCommerce Product Upload Assistant to join our team on a short-term basis. You will help us upload and manage products in our WooCommerce store with accuracy and efficiency. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
• ? Upload and manage products in WooCommerce
• ? Add product descriptions, categories, images, tags, pricing, and variations
• ? Perform basic image editing (cropping, resizing, background cleanup)
• ? Optimize product listings with basic SEO best practices
• ? Ensure consistency and accuracy across all listings
• ? Communicate with our team to resolve questions or missing info
Qualifications:
• ?? At least 1 year of experience working with WooCommerce
• ?? Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• ?? Able to follow instructions and work independently
• ?? Basic image editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
• ?? Reliable internet connection and backup plan
• ?? Excellent English communication skills (written)
• ?? Comfortable working 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Bonus Points (Not Required):
• ???? Experience using bulk upload tools like WP All Import
