Hello, we are seeking someone to promote our new real estate business model.

Business Details:
Our business is an real estate investment group that specializes in delinquent properties.
Which our members and investors may invest trough us.
All due diligence, legal work, property acquisition and sale of the property are preformed by us.
Investment plans vary from (3K) to (25K) with guaranteed interest returned on every investment.
Normally over 50% in interest is returned with the general investment within a short time frame.

Job Details:
You will need experience in or with real estate or investments or venture capital investors or all of these. We need an experienced person to promote this new real estate investment model. Someone that can advertise to a target market of investors in real estate or venture capital investments or any market that can find investors and put their money to use.

Compensation Plan and Commissions:
We could pay your normal rate for your services on onlinejobs.ph.
As well as $300.00 to $500.00 commissions per investor who is found and makes an investment.
We would like an average of 3-10 investors found a month with a limit of 25 investors in a month.
