Junior Clay Operator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Clay Operator to join our Go-to-
Market team. This role is critical to driving efficiency across sales and marketing workflows by

managing and scaling data enrichment and outreach automation using Clay and other GTM
tools.
As a Junior Clay Operator, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and
Product teams to ensure high-quality lead sourcing, enrichment, and engagement strategies are
executed with precision.

???? What You’ll Do:
???? Must have experience or understanding with B2B lead Generation.
???? Willing to learn new softwares like Clay.
???? Maintain and optimize contact data quality, enrichment pipelines, and CRM hygiene.
???? Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to identify workflow improvements, build dynamic lead
lists, and monitor campaign performance.
???? Support A/B testing of outbound messaging, contact strategies, and enrichment models.
???? Troubleshoot issues with Clay automations and ensure reliable execution.

???? Will be supporting our operations team by running and building Clay tables for outbound
motions for our clients

? Strong Copywriting Skills – support the team by writing engaging, conversion-
focused messaging for outbound campaigns.

? Analytical & Results-Driven – helping the team keep track of key metrics, analyze
performance, and continuously optimize for better results.
? Collaboration – has strong communication skills (preferred but not required),
brainstorm and supporting the team by running and building Clay tables for outbound
motions for our clients.
? Client-Focused & Communicative – You’re comfortable interacting with clients, and
support with the GTM Engineers and Campaign Managers initiatives.

? Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You can manage multiple campaigns, ensuring
nothing falls through the cracks.
? Adaptable & Always Learning – You stay ahead of trends, experiment with new GTM
strategies, and joining our weekly meetings with the clients.
