About us:
We are a fast-growing dropshipping company focused on e-commerce via Shopify. Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support Representative to strengthen our team. Do you communicate clearly, handle customer concerns with care, and enjoy making people happy? Then we are looking for you!
What will you be doing?
Handling customer communication via
Investigating and resolving delivery issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Processing returns, replacements, and refunds according to our policies
Managing disputes and handling chargebacks, including collecting evidence and communicating with payment providers
Reporting recurring issues to the team to improve customer satisfaction
Working closely with the rest of the team to improve service processes
What do we expect from you?
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Experience handling chargebacks or payment disputes
Prior experience with e-commerce customer service and/or Shopify is a plus
Strong written communication and empathy skills
Proactive attitude: you spot problems and offer solutions
Able to work independently and stay organised in a remote environment
Experience with tools like Shopify, Slack, Trello, and Google Drive is a plus
