Are you a creative type who is motivated to assist with social media content, video editing, web content and graphics? This job might be perfect for you!

The Role

I’m hiring a part-time creative VA with good Adobe and other software skills to assist across multiple areas of work, including:
• Editing video content (YouTube, short-form, corporate)
• Creating graphics and visual assets for web and social
• Document design and production (e.g. brochures, pitch decks, PDFs)
• Supporting website content and general digital production
• Other creative and production tasks as required
• Occasional administrative tasks (not the main focus, but some assistance may be needed)

There is potential for this role to grow into full-time for the right candidate.


Essential Skills & Software Experience

You must be confident working with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Media Encoder
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Excellent visual design skills and aesthetic judgment
• Impeccable English
• Demonstrated experience producing video, graphic design, and social media content


Preferred (But Not Essential) Skills

Experience in any of the following will be considered a bonus:
• Adobe InDesign
• Other Adobe tools like Express or Audition
• Print production experience
• Other video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Joomla)
• Optimising images and assets for websites
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices for content
