Service/Sales Trainer

The Big Task
You will supporting our field technicians in their journey to become a 5-Star performing technicians in the residential home service industry. You will facilitate our existing training programs and coach our service technicians on developing customer rapport and optimizing service calls.

Key Sub Tasks
-Review recordings of technician's service calls to verify they are following the processes.
-Utilize our AI system to leave technicians constructive feedback
-Track sales numbers, average ticket, closing rate.
-Manage, and hold technicians accountable to following processes
-Work with department leaders to meet training objectives while supporting
profitable business operations.
-Assist in onboarding technicians
-Conduct one-on-one trainings to develop technicians service skills
-Sales and Performance Coaching
-Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products
and services
-Understand sales criteria and hold the team accountable to exceed revenue
goals
-Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve
-Conduct virtual ride-alongs with service technicians and debrief afterward
