Draftsperson – Precast Concrete

About the Role:?
We are currently seeking an experienced Draftsperson with a strong background in precast concrete drafting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and/or Allplan Precast 2022 and have a solid understanding of BIM drafting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate precast concrete shop drawings and fabrication plans
* Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability
* Interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into detailed precast components
* Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with project specifications

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting, with a focus on precast concrete
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Allplan Precast 2022
* Experience in BIM drafting and model coordination
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
