About the Role
We're hiring a Digital & E-commerce Manager to lead the execution of digital strategy and e-commerce operations globally. This role will take ownership of our digital marketing performance, manage core channel leads, and ensure campaign excellence across markets. As the right hand to the Global Marketing Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team and bring cohesion, performance focus, and process excellence across our digital efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day digital operations across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Manage and coach a cross-functional team, including social media and marketing support
- Oversee the execution and performance of digital campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, and influencer activations
- Own e-commerce strategy, CRO testing, and Shopify storefront experience (Australia, USA)
- Manage reporting tools (GA4, Klaviyo, Seller Central) and provide regular performance insights
- Improve processes and implement playbooks across tools and campaigns
- Coordinate across local teams and partners in India, Australia, USA, and distributor markets

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years' experience in digital marketing with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record across performance marketing, ecommerce, email marketing, and CRO
- Deep knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Seller Central
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data
- Effective team leadership in a remote environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and outcomes-driven
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness sectors is a bonus
